2. About SPARK Foundation

SPARK Foundation is a non-profit technology foundation registered in Uruguay, with headquarters at Jackson 1449 e/ Avda. Rivera, apt 802, Montevideo, Uruguay. Our mission is to advance AI research, open-source software, DNS cybersecurity, and internet exchange infrastructure in the Global South.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party; transmit unsolicited advertising; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site; introduce malicious software; or scrape data without prior written consent.

Research publications and technical reports produced by SPARK Foundation may be made available under open licences (such as Creative Commons). Where this is the case, the applicable licence will be clearly indicated on the relevant document.
